This datasheet introduces the Keysight N1090A DCA-M, a compact and integrated sampling oscilloscope for optical and electrical waveform analysis from below 1 Gb/s through 11.3 Gb/s. Designed for manufacturing and R&D, it combines calibrated optical reference receivers, high sensitivity, low noise, low jitter, fast sampling, and optional 20 GHz electrical channels.
