opCharts turns network information into customizable dashboards, charts, geographical maps, and topology views for operations teams and managed service providers. It combines NMIS data with user-defined metadata to dynamically group devices and present performance from high-level network summaries down to individual nodes and interfaces. Roll-up views simplify large environments while drill-down capabilities expose detailed health metrics and events. Users can create dashboards by customer, location, role, status, vendor, or other attributes and build dedicated customer portals or business-service views. Real-time updates are supported through opHA Message Bus, while RESTful APIs and JSON integration allow external information to be incorporated into dashboards and reporting.
