When paired with VIAVI Optical Dispersion Measurement (ODM) modules, it enables high‑performance chromatic dispersion, polarization mode dispersion, and attenuation profile measurements. Designed as a cost‑effective SmartClass handheld, it operates on battery power and offers high dynamic range for ultra‑long‑haul testing. Covering the S, C, and L bands (1460–1640 nm), it supports demanding PMD, CD, and AP testing in harsh field environments.
