The Xgig 16‑lane CEM Analyzer Interposer for PCIe 6.0 provides a high‑fidelity tap between a host system and adapter card for VIAVI analyzers. It supports link widths up to 16 lanes at 64 GT/s when paired with the PCIe 6.0 x16 Analyzer/Exerciser and up to 4 lanes at 64 GT/s with the PCIe 5.0 x16 chassis. The interposer operates at full PCIe 6.0 speeds and remains compatible with all lower PCIe generations. It features a top‑edge 16‑lane CEM slot for endpoint adapter cards, a bottom 16‑lane PCB connector for host installation, and comes with high‑quality custom data cables for reliable signal integrity.
