The Xgig 16‑lane CEM Interposer for PCIe 5.0 provides a data tap between a host system and an adapter card for use with a VIAVI Analyzer. Supporting link widths up to 16 lanes, it operates at 32 GT/s PCIe 5.0 speeds and is backward‑compatible with 2.5, 5.0, 8.0, and 16 GT/s. A top‑edge 16‑lane CEM connector accepts endpoint DUT cards, while the bottom‑edge PCB finger plugs into the host’s 16‑lane slot. High‑speed linear redrivers ensure clean signal capture with minimal tuning, and custom cables support Analyzer attachment and side‑band triggering. The interposer is independently powered for stable test operation.
