2 PagesThe Xgig M.2 4‑lane Interposer for PCIe 5.0 enables tapping data signals between a host system and an M.2 PCIe SSD for analysis. It supports up to four PCIe lanes at 32 GT/s and is backward‑compatible with 2.5, 5.0, 8.0, and 16 GT/s speeds. The DUT plugs directly into the interposer, which supports card sizes 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280, and 22110. A custom PCB cable links the DUT to the host, while two high‑performance cables connect to the analyzer. High‑speed linear redrivers ensure clean signal capture with minimal tuning, and the interposer supports analyzer sideband triggering and clock monitoring for reliable PCIe protocol analysis.
