2 PagesThe Xgig SFF‑8674 Interposer for PCIe 4.0 taps PCIe data signals at an SFF‑8674 connector for analysis with a VIAVI PCIe 4.0 Analyzer. It supports PCIe Gen4 speeds up to 16 GT/s and is fully backward‑compatible with Gen1–3 rates of 2.5, 5.0, and 8.0 GT/s. Host and target SFF‑8674 connections support up to four lanes, and multiple interposers can be combined for links up to 16 lanes. High‑speed linear redrivers ensure clean signal capture with minimal tuning. It includes two custom SFF‑8674 cables for analyzer attachment, two DUT cables, and supports sideband signal capture and triggering with supplied coax connections.
