The Xgig U.3‑Server 4‑Lane Interposer (Xgig5K‑PCIe5‑X4‑U3B) is an active PCIe 5.0 interposer designed for NVMe SSD development, debugging, and performance tuning in high‑density storage servers. It captures bidirectional PCIe 5.0 protocol data across four lanes at 32 GT/s and supports either a single x4 link or two x2 links. The interposer includes U.3 connectors, adjustable shims, sideband access, REFCLK connections, LEDs, and optional handle. High‑performance custom cables ensure clean signal delivery to the analyzer, while its rugged DUT tray design enables stable, reliable SSD testing and analysis.
