The Belgian Shift in Anti-Obesity Medicines
This white paper examines Belgium’s rapidly expanding anti-obesity medication market, where treated patients tripled between 2022 and 2025 despite no public reimbursement. Nearly half of Belgians are overweight and 18% live with obesity, driving demand as general practitioners increasingly initiate treatment.
