Tele Ticket Service wanted to move its complete ticketing infrastructure from a data center to the cloud. The environment included development, staging, and production systems managed by multiple third parties, making migration coordination complex. Because its critical ticketing application must handle large traffic bursts but could not use dynamically scaling infrastructure, Cloudar designed a relatively static AWS environment sized appropriately for production while consolidating functions in lower environments to reduce costs.
