Pret A Manger partnered with AdviserPlus to deliver a tailored management development workshop for 150 senior line managers at its UK support center. The “Managing People at 75B” program focused on improving confidence, communication, and people management capability through roleplay, practical exercises, and real-world case studies tailored to Pret’s culture and leadership expectations. Prior to the training, only 32% of senior leaders felt confident managing people. After the workshops, 89% described themselves as confident or very confident, while 100% of managers rated the training as valuable. The initiative strengthened leadership capability and improved the quality of manager-employee conversations across the business.
