This case study highlights how SüdLeasing, one of Germany’s largest manufacturer-independent leasing companies, modernized document-heavy processes by orchestrating intelligent document processing with Camunda. Faced with high volumes during customer onboarding and loan servicing, SüdLeasing used AI-driven document automation coordinated through the Camunda Platform. As a result, around 80 to 90 percent of document handling in key workflows is now fully automated, with approximately 200 documents processed weekly. The transformation significantly improved processing speed, accuracy, employee efficiency, and overall staff satisfaction, while delivering faster and more reliable customer experiences through streamlined, end-to-end workflows.
