NHS Herts Valleys CCG partnered with AdviserPlus to strengthen manager capability and employee wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic. With managers adapting to remote and agile working environments, AdviserPlus delivered a series of HR masterclasses covering wellbeing, flexible working, attendance management, investigations, organizational change, and performance management. The initiative improved awareness of available employee relations support tools while helping managers proactively address risks and people issues earlier. By coaching and upskilling leaders, the program reduced pressure on HR teams and improved management confidence. The masterclasses achieved a Net Promoter Score of 76, reflecting strong engagement and positive feedback from participants.
