This CyberRatings.org test report evaluates Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange against the SSE Threat Protection Methodology v2.1. Testing assessed TLS/SSL inspection, 205 exploits, 6,184 malware samples, 1,154 evasions across 37 categories, and 1,514 legitimate files and applications. ZTE achieved 100% security effectiveness, 100% exploit blocking, 100% malware blocking, 100% resistance to malware and exploit evasions, and 99.87% false positive accuracy, with only two legitimate samples mistakenly blocked. The report concludes that ZTE provides strong cloud-ready protection, full-spectrum threat coverage, reliable encrypted traffic inspection, and minimal disruption to legitimate business activity
