This CyberRatings.org report evaluates Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange using the Zero Trust Network Access Test Methodology v2.0. The test assessed authentication, identity provider integration, routing, access control, resource access, TLS/SSL support, and policy enforcement across administrator, regular, and guest user profiles. ZTE passed key areas by enforcing identity-aware policies, supporting SAML authentication through Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, applying segmented routing, restricting private network visibility, and validating granular access controls. The report concludes that ZTE is ready for secure enterprise deployment because it provides strong authentication, least-privilege access, routing precision, and protection against unauthorized access and lateral movement.
