Frequency configurations extend from 1 kHz to 12.75, 20, 40, 51, or 90 GHz with 0.001 Hz resolution, independent phase control, ultra-low phase noise, strong harmonic and spurious suppression, and switching times below 10 µs. High-stability references and 3 GHz clock ports support synchronization across channels and instruments. The desktop AP5031A and rack-mount AP5032A offer USB, LAN, GPIB, WebUI, touchscreen or PC control, SCPI automation, modulation, sweeping, and broad power ranges for research, production, radar, communications, and component characterization.
