It delivers 0.001 Hz frequency resolution, 0.1-degree phase resolution, low phase noise, strong spectral purity, and frequency or amplitude settling as fast as 30 µs with supported options. Standard output reaches +15 dBm across much of the operating range, while extended-power options provide output up to +23 dBm and attenuation down to -120 dBm.
