This datasheet presents the Keysight InfiniiMax Ultra Series probe amplifiers for accurate high-speed digital measurements. Five models provide bandwidths from 10 to 25 GHz with low noise, high midband input impedance, and an RC architecture that minimizes circuit loading and waveform distortion. Flexible micro probe heads support small devices, while InfiniiMode measures differential, single-ended, and common-mode signals without reconnecting the tip. Automatic 1:1, 4:1, and 8:1 attenuation ranges balance noise and voltage range. Users can select True View to display the loaded signal or Source Estimate to approximate the unloaded source.
