This datasheet describes IntelePeer’s self-service Customer Portal, designed to enhance the resiliency and management of voice and communications services. Through a customizable, web-based interface, customers can easily order new services, track activations, manage existing solutions, and access support at any time. The portal enables on-demand configuration and management of SIP trunks, local, toll-free, and international numbers, call redirection to other locations or mobile phones, usage tracking, and invoice viewing. By placing service control directly in users’ hands, the Customer Portal simplifies administration, improves responsiveness, and ensures greater visibility and reliability across communication operations.
