opReports extends NMIS with automated operational and executive reporting for real-time and historical network performance. It analyzes node health, WAN utilization, response time, availability, CPU, memory, interfaces, and Quality of Service, including Cisco CBQoS and Juniper CoS. Teams can build reports by node, group, location, or time period without SQL knowledge, apply expert rules that flag conditions requiring action, and compare archived reports to identify trends. Reports can be generated repeatedly or on demand and distributed through the GUI or email in CSV, Excel, and HTML formats. Role-based access and business-service reporting help ensure users see only relevant infrastructure and SLA information.
