Providing Localised Asbestos Refurbishment Surveys in Rural Communities
Cornwall Council needed a responsive and cost-effective supplier to conduct asbestos refurbishment surveys across rural communities, including homes occupied by vulnerable and disabled residents. Bloom used the NEPRO³ framework and a mini-competition to appoint Kovia Compliance, whose location, accreditations, safeguarding credentials, and specialist expertise suited the project.
