Bloom Energy Server Natural Gas Specification
This specification defines the natural gas quality requirements for proper contracting and operation of the Bloom Energy Server. It requires methane content of at least 85 mol% and establishes maximum levels for ethylene, ethane, propylene, propane, butanes, and C5+ hydrocarbons. Total sulfur is limited to an average of 5,000 ppbV and a maximum of 10,000 ppbV, with individual limits for hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfide, carbon disulfide, mercaptans, thiophenes, and other sulfur compounds. The document also specifies contaminant limits for siloxanes, arsenic, halogens, mercury, cadmium, zinc, ammonia, phosphorus, and sodium, plus trace limits for nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and moisture. Sampling and ASTM-based verification requirements are also provided.
