This datasheet describes the Bloom Energy Server 6.5, a modular solid oxide fuel cell platform that converts fuel directly into electricity without combustion. It can operate on natural gas, blended hydrogen, biogas, or hydrogen and is designed for 24/7 distributed generation in grid-parallel or microgrid configurations. Bloom reports more than 1.5 GW deployed across 1,200+ sites in sectors including data centers, hospitals, manufacturing, retail, and warehousing. A single Energy Server provides 325 kW of net AC power, cumulative electrical efficiency of 65–53%, cumulative thermal efficiency above 36% when exhaust heat is captured, and total efficiency above 90%. It uses no water during normal operation, operates outdoors from -20°C to 45°C, and can be remotely managed and monitored.
