Alameda County Voter Outreach Campaign Exceeds Mobile CTR Benchmark by 67%
The Alameda County Registrar of Voters used an out-of-home and mobile campaign to reach eligible voters and residents throughout the county. The media plan included 30 posters, 36 two-sheet rail posters at BART, three digital bulletins, and mobile targeting around voting locations. Proximity targeting covered a five-mile radius around polling sites, while vibrant banner ads used bold typography and dynamic language settings for five ethnic audiences. Linked mobile ads directed viewers to the Registrar’s website for election and voting information. The campaign delivered 1.3 million mobile impressions, generated 5,672 clicks, and achieved a 0.5% click-through rate.
