Dallas County Democratic Party Drives 16,941 Clicks with Audience-Targeted Digital and Mobile Advertising
This case study explains how the Dallas County Democratic Party used OUTFRONT’s Digital Direct Ad Server and mobile advertising before the November election. Impression-based buying helped maximize the budget by serving ads only to selected audiences across Dallas-Fort Worth. Proximity targeting by ZIP code and audience targeting focused on Democratic voters, Gen Z, and millennials, while viewshed retargeting reinforced messages after consumers encountered the out-of-home units. The campaign delivered 1,114,017 impressions and generated 16,941 clicks, producing a 1.52% click-through rate. Performance represented a 407% lift above the mobile benchmark, showing how precise targeting and repeated cross-channel exposure can increase political awareness and website traffic.
