Camunda’s support for BPMN 2.0, simple deployment, multi-client capability, and reliable transaction management enabled efficient automation of customer and insurance requirements. The platform now supports up to 60,000 process instances per month involving around 400 users, improving scalability, operational efficiency, and system flexibility while ensuring smooth interaction with existing applications.
