Burger King Billboard Campaign Increases Restaurant Visitation by 164.4%
Burger King measured how digital billboard advertising affected visits to 197 restaurants across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The six-week campaign ran from May 13 to June 30, 2024, in Philadelphia and non-metro Pennsylvania, with two weeks before and after the campaign included for comparison. Reveal Mobile used a pre-post, control-versus-exposed methodology. Store visitation among people exposed to the ads increased 164.4% during the campaign and post-campaign period. Their improvement was 4.2 times greater than the control group, and exposed consumers were 87.3% more likely to visit a Burger King location.
