Cybereason Recruitment Campaign Increases First-Week Website Traffic by 78%
Cybereason used digital out-of-home advertising as an unconventional recruitment tool for highly skilled technology candidates in Boston. Digital Liveboards at selected MBTA subway stations reached commuters in a captive environment, while the creative challenged viewers to solve a code and visit a dedicated vanity URL. The puzzle engaged technically minded prospects, collected contact information for follow-up, and identified people whose problem-solving abilities could make them strong candidates.
