Taj Mahal Hair & Beauty, one of the Nordic region’s longest-standing beauty retailers, partnered with Adomatiq to improve e-commerce profitability and optimize Google advertising performance. The strategy focused on rebuilding the conversion funnel, implementing Performance Max campaigns, retargeting audiences, and cross-selling products across multiple beauty categories. Campaigns emphasized the brand’s long-standing authority, broad product selection, and competitive pricing while guiding users through a structured sales funnel from awareness to purchase. Within 3 months, ROAS increased from 8.55 to 17.34 (+102%), CTR improved by 26%, purchases rose significantly, and cost per conversion dropped from SEK 66.92 to SEK 28.43.
